Meet the founder

A fascination with the complexities of the human body and, more specifically, the path of rehabilitation led Seif to exercise physiology.

Raised in the Byron Shire, Seif moved to Australia from Egypt at a very young age. After completing his Masters in Exercise Physiology from Southern Cross University, equipped with a holistic approach to client consultations and treatment plans. He firmly believes in treating injuries in relation to the entire body, rather than in isolation, as he recognizes the profound impact this approach can have on treatment outcomes and long-term rehabilitation.

With a passion for empowering clients to take charge of their own health, Seif develops customized programs that encompass scientifically-based exercises. While he works with a wide range of injuries, Seif specializes in musculoskeletal injuries, osteoporosis, women's weightliftinggsurfing-related injuries, and chronic pain management.
